  1. Delivery Areas
    77406*, 77407*, 77441, 77450, 77491, 77492, 77493 & 77494. We service all of Katy, Fulshear, Brookshire and parts of Richmond*. Please contact us if you are near these areas and do not see your zip code. If we do not service your area we will refer you to the person that does.
  2. Pricing
    One line greetings are $95 depending on delivery area. Two line Greetings are $125 Same Day RUSH fee $30* Extended Day Rental $55* Flamingo Flocking $15 up to $50* Twins $15*
  3. Greeting Rentals
    Our adorable yard signs are put up the night before your event after dark and picked up the following evening after dark. Roughly about 24 hours. Additional days can be purchased at a discounted rate (excluding dates during graduation week or Holidays)
  4. Payment Method
    We invoice through Paypal ( you do not need a Paypal account) or you may pay by Cash. Payment must be received prior to us delivering your greeting.

About Us​​

In 2014 my husband and I started Katy Yard Greetings because we wanted to be a part of something unique and fun.  During the day you will find us hard at work at Kolache Factory Inc. where I am the Chief Operating Officer and he handles Franchise Sales; but in the evening you will find us as busy bees delivering special greetings.  We are extremely proud to be owners of two great companies!​​​

We lived in Katy for 11 years and decided the country life was for us so we moved just a few miles away to Fulshear where I can enjoy my chickens and horses.  We have two beautiful daughters, our oldest who attends Baylor University and our youngest who is still in High School.
