Yards must be watered for one hour before our arrival.  We cannot deliver and no refunds given if yards are too hard to work.
Katy Yard Greetings LLC and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any greeting.
  1. Payment
    We will email you a paypal invoice (paypal account not required). Payments are due upon receipt to hold your date. We also accept cash at time of delivery. PAYMENT CONFIRMS DELIVERY. If we cannot reach you and payment has not been made we will assume you wish to cancel. Before your order is cancelled, we will try and reach you by email, cell and text. Please promptly pay your invoice.
  2. Refunds
    If you must cancel, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future date, based on availability. No refunds will be given due to client failing to water yard, giving the wrong address, being denied access to a gated community, due to any animals or persons that prevent the display from being set up, or for circumstances that are out of our control.
  3. Safety & Removal
    For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Please do not move the items. Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it should they decide to damage or discard it.
  4. Lawn Service
    Please protect our signs from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, weedeaters, dogs, etc. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. Damage to our signs or cleaning from yard clippings will result in additional costs to you.
  5. Attaching Balloons
    Please do not attach anything to our signs or our stakes such as balloons. Balloons can damage our signs and any damage would be clients responsibilty.
  6. Advertising Signs
    We do put one small advertising sign out with your greeting. This is the best way your neighbors can find out about us and it hurts our business when the client removes them. Please leave them out so we can continue to attract new business. Thank you!
  7. Weather
    In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. We will work with you to reschedule your greeting. See refunds above.
